Global Answer will be in the 5th edition of the Statistics and demography for migration studies

The next 24th of April, the seminar series  Global ANSWER will be participating in the first meeting of the Statistics and Demography for Migration Study will start in Palermo.

This seminar series is a collaboration between the PRIN 2022 AVRAI project and the H2020 Global ANSWER project. Under the scientific coordination of Prof. Daria Mendola, researchers and professionals from different countries will provide diverse insights into migration issues across Italy, Spain, and Sweden. The speakers for this seminar series will include Antonio Eito Mateo, Ravinder Barn, Daniela Ghio, Elisa Alissa Barbiano di Belgioioso Beljoioso, Jesper Johansson, and Kristina Gustafsson.
 

Seminar Series that will take place at the University of Zaragoza.  The first meeting, focusing on challenges and difficulties in Spanish migration beyond the data that is typically provided, will  held by prof. Antonio Eito Mateo, from University of Zaragoza.

Various locations across European Union countries. Additionally, other collaborators from these two projects, including the University of Palermo, Cir Migrare, and Scienze Psicologiche, Pedagogiche, dell’Esercizio Fisico e della Formazione will be participating in and contributing to this seminar.
 

A wide range of topics will be covered in this seminar series, including themes such as the role of migration in the local population at the University of Catania, and social work under the impact of restrictive Swedish migration policies at Linnaeus University.
