The Guide, coordinated by Roberta Teresa Di Rosa, María Teresa Gijón Sánchez and Gaetano Gucciardo, started with the aim of "improving understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise with migration" and "showing how professional intervention ensures the social rights of migrants through practices that are consistent, conscious, reflective and sustainable".
The event was attended by Professor Belén Morata from the University of Granada, principal investigator and coordinator of the Global-ANSWER Project and the Councillor for Social Policy, Family, Disability and the Elderly, Amparo Arrabal.
